Who we are
Wasatch Land Advisors LLC ("we," "us") is a Utah real estate brokerage owned by Josh Wagstaff. This policy also covers the text messages we send. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
Information we collect
- Contact information you give us by phone, text, or email: name, phone number, email address, and mailing address.
- Property information, such as parcel numbers, addresses, and ownership details, much of which comes from public county records.
- The content of the messages you send us, including through the contact form on this website.
This website has no accounts or tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and talk with you about buying or selling real estate.
- To send text messages you have agreed to receive, as described in our Terms of Service.
- To meet legal, licensing, and record-keeping obligations.
Text messaging and mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services. Information may be shared only with service providers that deliver our text messages (for example, our texting platform and phone carriers), and only to deliver them.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with parties needed to complete a transaction you are part of (for example, title companies, lenders, attorneys, or the other party's agent), or when required by law. Mobile phone numbers and text messaging consent are never shared, as described above.
Your choices
Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts. To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or removed, email [email protected] or call 801-995-1214.
Google account data (Chief of Staff app)
Josh Wagstaff runs a private automation called "Chief of Staff" that connects to his own Google account (Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive) through Google's APIs. It is an internal tool of Wasatch Land Advisors LLC, is not offered to the public, and the only Google account it accesses is Josh's. It reads email, calendar events, and files to prepare briefings, drafts, and calendar entries, and it creates drafts, events, and files when Josh asks it to. It never deletes anything and never sends email without Josh's approval.
Information it reads is stored only on a server controlled by Josh. It is not sold, not shared with anyone else, and not used for advertising. Some text may be sent to Anthropic's Claude API to summarize or draft it; Anthropic does not use API data to train its models. The app's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
